Candidates are interviewed face-to-face, and must undergo our mandatory Training Programme which covers all aspects of their role.
All candidates are required to provide references from former employers, and must have Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Immigration and Asylum checks before commencing employment with us.
All Carers will continue to receive ongoing training throughout their course of employment with us.
Your personal carer will have the support of a Senior Carer or Care Manager everyday from 8am – 6pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Peepal Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission which sets the minimum standards by which we operate. We carry Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance for services we deliver.
